Remove insoles and laces, then brush off dirt. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid bleach and machine washing. Air-dry at room temperature away from sun/heat. Stuff with paper to keep shape. Clean outsole grooves regularly for grip. Replace insoles if worn and store dry/ventilated.
