Invert garment for washing with a mild detergent on a cold, gentle cycle. Keep temperature below 30°C and avoid bleach or fabric softeners. For drying, gently press out water, do not wring, and hang to dry in a ventilated space - do not tumble dry. If required, lightly iron on the lowest setting, using the reverse side of the garment to prevent damage.
